1) Continue renting the equipment month-to-month at the same monthly payment

2) Continue renting the equipment for a minimum 6-month term at a reduced rate based on then Fair Market Value (FMV)

3) Purchase the equipment for then Fair Market Value (FMV)

4) Return the equipment to designated equipment depot
